Anyone else ever have zero luck with the Definitive Beauty Pack working?

It's pretty bewildering why this of all things only ever partially works.

Ironically it works fine for men, but the women are quite literally bugged out and look like goblins. They look flat out scary. They look like I installed a mod to make them goblins. Not like any screenshots or videos I've ever seen.

I've done literally everything I can conceptualize for this and not a single actual thing works. Load order, disabling literally every other mod, you name it, I have tried it.

Kind of feels like a waste of time just because it flat out doesn't make sense why this one specific part of it wouldn't work, even with literally every other mod disabled.
