how do i escape the Bloodskal barrow

i tried swinging the Bloodskal sword in all directions and the door wont open...help me please

Do a power attack according to the direction of the red line and ensure the power attack hits the red line.

starting charging the power attack, then quickly start moving to the left or right to do a sideways power attack.
