Report a translation problem
Make sure the * is to the left of the first character of the ESP you are activating and not to the Right of p at the end of the previous .esp (There is an invisable character divider between the two you can see if you arrow key between them.)
SkyUI_SE gets disabled because it has no master file set. Other mods have it happen as well. It is a problem with bethesda's in game mod manager. Everytime you load the game and go into the mods menu, it will disable SkyUI_SE. Best to use a 3rd party manager if you are going to start using complex mods like skse and SkyUI.
