Azura's star quest enemies way overpowered
I entered the weird crystal dimension for the Azura's star quest, and these 3 enemies you have to kill are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken. They spam these retarded fireballs at me that kill me in two shots and I'm only on Adept difficulty. I'm dead before I can even get close. What is this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

27; isn't the game supposed to scale with your level?

Yes and no. Some enemies have minimum levels, some have maximum levels, some have min and max levels. But the Dremora mages you fight should be level 27 if you were level 27.

Well, I stood no chance against them whatsoever. I had to godmode my way through it. Maybe a mod messed it up or something, but I have no idea which it could be.

Generally, I just ignore them and kill the guy.

This makes some sense in some games, but I play on legendary, and the Black Star is super nice to have for my playstyle. This quest is tough at low level on max difficulty, because you cannot bring a follower to take the heat for you. Thats why I make a point of completing A Night to Remember for a little backup prior to the final Azura Star battle. Still, gota burn most of a staff charge to get the battle done.

Fire resistance is an absolute must for some of the quests. Especially when the mobs are wielding staffs (unlimited charges for NPCs!) and like to use them. Get some throwaway armor close to your current stats and put fire resistance on everything you can. Even 5% per piece is worthwhile. Spellbreaker is another good piece of equipment to use for this.

I don't think NPCs get infinite staff charge. I know I had several mage NPC burn through their staff charge as I ran around and then looted the depleted staff from them pretty recently. I'm not sure if that's UPatch thing or not.

As for fighting those dremora, they're weak to lightning and you can bait them to more or less fight 1v1. Then you only need to dodge until you reach them and then keep them staggered while you lay into them in melee. You need decent enough damage output and stamina for this, but you should have that at lvl 27.

You can also spam some resist potions, you shouldve found a heap by now unless you sell them all or buy a fire resist gear somewhere. Shields come with 40% resist pretty often as do amulets. Buy two items and you're pretty much immune.
