Weapon with absorb enchantment bug
I enchanted my Dragonbone sword with Absord Health and Absord Stamina and everytime I hit someone in cave or dungeon, whole view is dark. I met this problem with Keening, but It didn't bothered me, because I didn't use dagger. I've tried max my brightness, but it didn't work. Do someone know how to repair it? I've looked on internet, but there is nothing about it.

If you don't use the Unofficial Patch... you have no right to come complain about bugs and making useless threads, wasting other people's time. Common sense.

I'm sensing a lot of friction in this thread.
I fall into the "dumb" category btw.

Look, I'm sorry, but I just asked for help. I don't want to install more mods to the game. Sometimes I'm just being a jerk.

News flash dumbass, having the Unoffical patched installed is no guarentee that bugs won't happen. Yes it fixes a vast majority of bugs and exploits but it doesn't fix every single one. So why don't you come down off that high and mighty perch you seem to have built yourself. And yes I myself use the Unoffical Patch but I also use the mods that revert the Necromage and the Restoration Loop back to what they were with vanilla.

Well, then your options are either install a mod even though you don't want to, or deal with (potentially game breaking) bugs.

You realize, of course, that these discussions are all made up so as to keep you entertained, Daughter of Satan? Otherwise, the forums would be pretty bland.

Okay, the only thing I could find in the unofficial patch that remotely sounds like this:
The Absorb Health shader (EnchRedFXShader) had incorrect UV scale settings which led to the effect causing distortions on weapons it was applied to. (Bug #20441)
From here.[afkmods.iguanadons.net]
And it sounds more like it affects the weapon, not the screen.
OP, is it just the combination of health and stamina? Or is it just absorb health?

How about this: install the unofficial patch, test a sword exactly like the one you have, and see if it has the same issue. Given the... er, delightfulness of the rest of the thread, I'd at least verify whether the unofficial patch actually fixes this issue.

Other than that, I'm not really sure what could be causing it or what could fix it. Perhaps avoid the problematic enchantments/combinations in the future. Just how dark does it get, exactly? A screenshot would be interesting.
