Any potion to overcome fatigue? (Survival Mode)

I fast travel a lot and my character gets tired easily. I don't want to sleep at all the time so I was looking if there is something like Nuka Cola in Fallout 4 to give some energy and postpone sleep need.

Then don't use the survival mode then? The point of this mod, was to make it harder, lower carry wieght, need to eat, sleep, effect your magikca and stamina regan, along with added disease and warmth. I personally think bethesda nailed it, and hope to see this as an option in future games on any difficulty. But, you are comparing two entirely different survival mode options in both games. Fallout rewards those for not sleeping, but also hinders them, while skyrim doesn't. It just gets worse and worse the longer you don't sleep. But the required amount of sleep is different for how far you are willing to go without sleep.

It doesn't make any sense that you fatigue faster that one in-game day. You should be able to stay up for at least 16 hours without getting negative effects. And there should be potions that help stave it off.
