Serana bloodline bugged

Never used console before and dont have decent previous save please help me if can.
I got past the gate but Serana and Harkon wont start dialogue. The quest says talk to Harkon but he's "busy". I can't use shouts,weapons.
I found a console command to set stage to chalice quest but I rather refuse Harkons gift. Any way to get them to talk and continue the quest?
Tried to google a solution for hours but it seems most people have issue with getting into gate. This is immediately after entering the gate/castle.

Oh crap I lost my save lol... Now ive skipped to chalice quest. No idea whats going on. Am I stuck with the vampire questline? I guess that castle is cool.

oh lord lmao my shield arms gone limp. Its all messed up. !%$#% this game.

This is a Bethesda game. You must do hard saves often. By often, I mean a lot more than you might think is often. Never rely on autosave or quicksave.

What are your specs? Do you hve mods, if so, which ones?

No mods. I started dawnguard and ignored it for 35 levels while having Serana and Lydia as companions. Thats ok I think just lost an hour of enchanting and smithing upgrades. Maybe it wont break this time if dismiss Lydia before taking Serana home.

Carting Serana around with Lydia might've been the issue. Try dismissing Lydia before speaking to Serana.

I have this same problem, I had a companion, barbas, AND her.. I got rid of the other 2 but still doesn't work... guess I will reload and just skip this quest and roam skyrim with 3 allies

Mine fixed after dismissing Lydia. Maybe try finishing barbas quests till he leaves
