If I let Serana make me become a vampire,
Will I be targeted by the towns? and will the Dawnguard still accept me?

if you stayed with the dawngard and kill her dad then also not atack the people and are stage 4 then no they will not.

You can become Vampire after the Quest-line if you want to go Dawnguard side, and stage 4 no longer causes you to be attacked, so long as you don't turn into a Vampire Lord in front of people you'll be fine.

You can let her turn you into a vampire. They won't attack you and as long as it happens afterwards of you actually being vampire checked by Isran then you don't even have to do a quest to get it cured. Basically: Finish Dawnguard, Become a Vampire, Have Vampire Hunter Friends while you're the most powerful Vampire in Skyrim...

Go get cured then come back, become a Vampire later on.

Really? Well in that case just kill them (if you finished the dlc). He has a runic war hammer if i remember correctly.
