How to unlock achievements with console commands?
Hi guys. i just downloaded both skyrim and the Special edition so i can transfer the save files. But i noticed the none of the achievements appeared on the Special edition. So i want to unlock the ones i already did on the older version because i don't want to play the entire game again.
Thanks in advance.

you can't. you have to do them all over again

Really. It will be the fourth time i will have to finish the game, and my latest playthrough was almost perfect. I think i will just finish the achievements on the older version instead of this one.

is that all? I have 1800+ hours in the original and still keep playing it. If you are only playing the game to get the achievements, then you're losing the fun. Plus, there is no way to get all the achievements in a single game, or even 4 playthroughs. some choices block getting certain achievements.

i played first on ps3 then on xbox 360 and twice on pc, but on pc i finished one time only, is kinda boring doing the same quests again.

Console commands are for fixing the game, they should not be used as cheats as this can break your game.

The sole exception is the Player.Additem command, that one is safe, but even so use it sparingly, or the game becomes boring.

Use the Live Another Life alternate start mod and play it your own way. do the dragonborn one later in the game.

Doing this will break your game. But yes, you will get all achievements. Then you can just uninstall it and play something else.

I just uninstalled the Original version and left the special version installed. I will probably start from scratch again since i can't even remember what i was doing in my last save.

You're beyond wrong. This isn't Fallout, there's no siding with Factions that force you to replay the game for joining one or the other to complete each side. You CAN get all achievements in a SINGLE playthrough.

It's true that some choices do block achievements (eg, the ones related to Daedric quests), and that the civil war forces you to pick a side, but it's still entirely possible to get all achievements during the one run.

You can use commands to make achievements easier to get.

Or you can play the game for the game and not the achievements. Like we did before Achievements and Participation Trophies.

A good way to get most of the acheivements (the quest based ones specifically) is enter the command: "caqs" (Which stands for "Clear All Quest Stages")

SAVE BEFOREHAND!!! as this will clear all quests, force you to contract Vampirism and Lycanthropy and leave you in a grey void of unrendered-ness.

The process will take a few minutes but stay by your pc/laptop as some dialogue boxes, which freeze the process, will ask for your confimation. (though these may be from the dlc)

All other acheivements are action based and must be completed manually.

Pick locks/pocket, persuade/bribe/intimidate, find all 13 Standing Stones, bounty of 1000 gold in all nine holds, Read 50 Skill Books, Learn 20 shouts, Use the special power of Auriel's Bow, Acquire 11 werewolf/vampire perks, Build three houses, Learn all 3 words of Dragon Aspect, Craft an item out of Stalhrim, Tame and ride 5 dragons, Discover 30 locations on the island of Solstheim (these are the ones i have yet to do after using the caqs command.)

type caqs in console for most of the achievements
