Add old skyrim armor mods to Skyrim SE?
is it possible to add/install armor mods from the original skyrim to skyrim SE
if it's possible how?

i was wondering since there will be a possibility that not all of original skyrim armor mods would be converted due to inactive modders

If the mod uses a BSA file to store meshes and textures it needs to be unpacked. The game won't even load otherwise. Mesh formats have changed slightly so they need to be updated and any ESPs need to be re-saved using the SE Creation Kit. Most textures will work, though some skin and landscape textures can have problems.

It's better to wait for ports, or if you're so inclined, you can do it yourself. It's really not that hard. Just don't upload other people's work without permission, please.

Yeah that works for most armors , only ones i found that didn't work even with the nif optimiser were the Elder Scrolls online based ones
