This is just a place to hang, chat, ask questions, and get abused by forum regulars. Feel free to drop by ... We might not have all the answers, but we probably already know the people that do, and we will be happy to help.

Bashing, spamming, self promoting, advertising, and trolling will simply provide us with target practice and make you look really lame. Please leave politics and religion at the door as well.

Personal attacks against forum guests based on country, race, ethnicity, and lifestyle preferences will not be tollerated in any way ... Period, and we will be enforcing the moderators rules around here ... Period

Keep it clean (mostly) While the game is listed as mature, a lot of the people aren't
Keep it civil (always) arguing a little is fine, just keep it friendly

I wasn't even in the ball park or on the right site. As I had only used Nexus for mods and didn't even know about that one. Out of curiosity why didn't he use Nexus?

I wasn't even in the ball park or on the right site. As I had only used Nexus for mods and didn't even know about that one. Out of curiosity why didn't he use Nexus?

nexus did and still does a lot of shady crap in regaurds to collections and taking control over mods. its a less than good site IMO thats big only because it became the defacto hub for a ton of games modding scenes before it went to crap a few years ago and the fact its the only real centralized mod library out there and most people dont want to juggle a dozen minor sites, patreons and discord channels to find mods.

Regardless of why he doesn't, I do recall that Altbert doesn't have a Nexus account.

Ok now I understand that there and didn't realize that since I had played skyrim in about as long. Was playing BG3 and when it first came out and we were beta testing it there weren't any mods out for it yet.

Well your right there. To be honest with you I never gave it a thought as to there being other places to download mods as I've always used Nexus.

I don't have a Nexus account and I don't want one. I was banned over a decade ago for posting something in the wrong place by accident. Wrong place, but against the rules at that time. Harmless, but nevertheless! I apolozised to Robin and tried to get my account back, but to no avail, probably due to the moderator that banned me. Now, when Avrie posts some interesting mods in his daily reviews, I just ask my son to download the mods for me.

That's the reason I will only release mods I create on AFK Mods.
