Ah'vrie wishes you well. It is Morndas the 15th of Last Seed, and wage slaves lament the weekend is over. Work if you must or hide if you can it's Morndas again. Excuse please while Ah'vrie tends the inn for our most honored guests. Brew of the day is Amaha awe Uganda, and the biscuits are Zurich.
Checking the hot sheets we have 33 new and some don't even have a cup size
Siberpunk released Environs - The Ruined Tundra Farmhouse as a first mod. Welcome
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/72981
"Adds dynamic changes that occur over time to the ruined farmhouse near Whiterun. It will be intact at of the game and include two NPCs, and later destroyed by a dragon and left in ruins. Creates a small change of scenery to help Skyrim's world space feel more alive."
Ah'vrie is liking this one's thinking. There's not a whole lot of this in game, but several opportunities for both dynamic destruction, and dynamic construction. (Like rebuilding the burnt house in Morthal over time, or the vigilents rebuilding the hall... Nice have a cookie
theblueshark released Return my Salt as a first mod. Welcome
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73379
This is an SKSE version of the "not so salty" mod that doesn't need to edit all of the food recipes in game to work. You just add mod added foods to a form list. When you use salt in a recipe, it's returned to you via script. the initial list contains all foods in the base game and all three DLCs.
BTW - evidently there's now a patcher for BraveHayMan's mod, though I haven't seen it yet.
LaBeatbeatbox released Curse Of The Serpent - Unique Standing Stones also a first mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73377
"Overhauls all 13 Standing Stones" Another one for the pile. Welcome
Qwinntex released Q Healer AI
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73382
"Adds a spell book that can be used to teach your follower the art of healing you so that you can get back to smashing faces in."
"The spell is behind the scenes a scripted magic effect which controls three separate heals that they can use on you... a small Heal over Time that's good for topping you off, a moderate sized Heal for when you need a bit more health, and a large Heal for when you really are getting your butt kicked." Why not, just don't read the book yourself
BraveHayMan returns with Melee Training and Sparring Partner
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73351
"This mod adds a fully voiced melee combat training and sparring partner to the Dragonsreach Great Porch in Whiterun." The idea being you can buff your skills a little before heading to Bleak falls. Ah'vrie likes this ones as well. Have a cookie.
Lets see... shadowman2777 released a shout that triggers a flower girls scene ... the one handed gaming crowd is going to love that one
Edryu released More Ferries - Fast Travel Improvement
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73363
"A simple mod that expands the Ferry System with new options and minimal worldspace edits." Not as realistic as CFTO. You can take a ferry from Solitude directly to Dayspring Canyon as an example... why not the pond under the Dragonreach draw bridge? Pass
nightmarezone released Project Cougar - Olava the (not so) Feeble
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73389
"Standalone Cougar replacement for Olava the Feeble." In a weird way the old cat sort of like this one... Maybe Shadowman will make an FG mod to let you pay for the reading without a token
TheSithLord released Reach Shrub Redone
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73146
"Photorealistic replacer of these poor sticks. 1K/2K/4K versions." Better than vanilla for sure... worth a look
and finally Snazzy Items for Vilja by gutmaw
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/73376
"This is a model and texture replacer for Vilja's unique items." and nicely done at that.
And that will do for today. The fires are stoked, the kettles scrubbed, and the floors are swept. Have a seat and the wenches will serve you. We-B-Open!
I think at this point most of the better followers have a setting to limit the number of comments in a given time frame. (through dialog or MCM) I wonder if Marty can implement something like that without breaking everything else. I mean in all honesty, even if it were still messed up, if it was one comment every 15 to 30 minutes in game VS. 6 or 7 comments in less than 5 minutes I probably would have just had a chuckle over her being "psychic"
Not really, most of the good followers (not meaning to be snippy here, but bear in mind which of us actually uses followers!) have carefully configured chances on any given líne, so they don't need to have something like that. And it still wouldn't prevent spam on those types of lines for the few followers I know of that have specific settings, from what I've gathered, because it would generally apply to normal idle lines, not quest commentary. Quest commentary generally fires soon after the quest stage updates if the follower is there, and on recruitment if they aren't.
The only follower I know of that has an MCM setting for this is IFD Lydia, and that's partly just because she has an overall small number of lines that fire off ALL THE DAMN TIME. Vilja has 'talk more/less often' through dialogue iirc. Inigo has the necklace that makes him talk less. Kaidan is one who could do with some tweaks to the frequency of some lines. Pretty much everyone else that I can think of (certainly the modern, still-actively-worked-on ones) has decent conditioning on lines, and the author will typically tweak in an update if people mention a certain líne playing too often (Lucien used to have a few of those, JR has changed how he conditions things a bit so it's much less common now).
Did you try to give Lydia a two handed sword?
As an unabashed Serana fan and definitely un-simpish it is quite difficult not to take exception to that comment.
See Tolfdir's comments about the Eye of Magnus...
He is Master Mage, but it implies to me that all who are adept at magic have that ability to sense it in others.
Don't get me wrong, I love Serana and like the mod more than I expected to. But the top level Patreon tier is 'Serana's Spouse', and it's pretty obvious from the mod's discord server who the main audience is. Note I didn't say exclusively simps, but it's a large part of the target audience, and probably the vast majority of financial support, too.

What type of sword did you build for her? Was it a two handed sword or a one handed sword?
