Ambriel Quest Broken

Hello all, can someone please provide me for the quest ID /Number so I can get past the quest where the game has failed. The Quest is; 'A Light in the Darkness- <> Find the owner of the Scroll'..the cavern it has told me to go to is no longer there as it was a mod cavern. I had the mod Forgotten Dungeons/Caves in stalled. Once I completed talking to Talos he sent me to find a scroll. The mod put the scroll into another mods cave. I had to uninstall the Forgotten dungeons/cave mod as I could not enter any of them.

Now I am stuck on that quest..I have asked on SSE Nexus forums, 5 days ago with no response and I just posted to Vanilla Skyrim Nexus just before I cam here. Can anyone help me out?

The quest ID is a4c2D and if it doesnt work you should just restart it.

i have a similar problem the courier to start the quest line doesnt show up and i dont know what to do except for using the consol to get the first letter and for that i need the letter id

Hello so I'm having a similar problem on the quest "the lost princess" talos just stops talking and won't show me on my map where to find the elder scroll

Pixelian you should try doing a console command
( SetStage AQAmbriel02WayToTalos 30 )
I had the same problem mad this worked for me.

I'm stuck on Katariah's Curse. The old lady wont respond when I try to talk to her

I have a different problem. Where the quest won't let me advance after we kill the dragon. Ambriel won't follow me around anymore, and just stands there. Anytime I get close to her the dialogue box opens, but I have no dialogue options to advance the conversation and continue her quest. I'm really disappointed because I really wanted to finish her quest and marry her. Is there a way I can use console commands to make the quest advance?

For those with a problem other than the OP's: START YOUR OWN THREADS!
If people start replying to every different problem, some of which are completely unrelated, you are going to get a useless mishmash of information.

It's even in the steam rules:Don't hijack or derail a thread...
