Game freezes for a second whenever I attack in combat [FIXED]

Edit: Found the source of the problem. Not a vanilla problem, but actually a mod I installed called "Enhanced Blood Textures". I went and disabled all my mods, and combat worked fine. Then i re-enabled them 10 at a time, until at the end I found that when i disabled a set of esp's related to blood textures, the game re-♥♥♥♥♥♥ itself. So i just uninstalled it, didn't really need it to be installed.


Title says everything. Every time I get into combat, the game just...freezes. From half a second to a second. Everywhere else, Frame rate is fine, no freezing, just every time I hit someone, bam. Freeze, unfreeze, attack again, freeze again.

Hey did you actually sort the pluggins and hit apply using the button at the top of LOOT? I'm looking at your load order and you have stuff towards the bottom that LOOT put at the top. Just asking because the first time I used LOOT i thought it did it automatically, but it does not.

Here is new load order.
I already pressed button without thinking,before I did it intentionally,and didn't notice "sorting..." in the bottom left corner.

Still, as said in my last post, no, sorting LOOT has not changed anything to the freezing in combat. (although this time I did install a combat mod to test if the cause was just vanilla being ♥♥♥♥. This mod has made no difference)

This might be a coding problem. I don't get the freezing but after I shout the game won't let me start casting a spell for about 5 seconds. The game displays a message saying that I am still shouting. I have only a few mods installed compared to my LE game. But it possibly means that there is a lag in the code somewhere, caused by multi-threading. (I'm running on an i7.)

On a "new lands" mod with a lot of people in combat I have seen npc's stop animating. This looks as if FNIS hasn't been run, but it happens randomly. Again, the same mod never caused a problem in the old Skyrim.
