How do you use special/power attacks?

Sorry I'm new and still figuring out this game. How do you use a power meter attack? I play on PS4. Also can you use this for magicka and archery?

Sorry PS4, don't know anything there. On PC tho, you have to hit the left and right mouse buttons at the same time. For critical hits, you will need to gain better experience skills in the attack style you use.

If you're wielding one weapon then hold down the corresponding trigger (Right trigger for right hand, left trigger for left hand). If you are dual wielding then hold both triggers and you will perform the special power attack.
