try login at www.bethesda.net accept the new regulation and check account if that works
check so your firewall and router doesnt block connection to skyrim.exe
check your firewall and router rules so they do NOT have double and tripple+ settings
buggy settings they sometimes can bug at that. if have mutliple rules of same program
check so they not do accept and block same ports -> block rules allways have higher priority then open rules!
try reboot your routers and pc!
sometiems player can get DOS attacked and then routers and firewalll will autoblock some communiction and will reset on reboot!
check your router and firewall logs and see if you been DOS attacked and block that ip
DOS= Denial Of Service
do a antivirus and anti maleware scan so your pc has not been used for a DOS attack if that happend update and fix your pc and conntact support for the companies you have effected.
