Global Achievements

Issue regarding achievement.
I have an issue regarding achievement Solstheim Explorer. It asks you to discover 30 locations on the island. I have all locations discovered I think and achievement is still not unlocking. I have been using few mods including achievements enabled mod. I have not had issue with any achievement till now. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

Um, find a few more locations, in case any don't count.

I think I have all foundable locations on the map. 57 I think.
