This is the one I'm using.
I do not 'troll'. Never have.
This is what Im using. It was on that page.
I have this mod, but downloaded off the oldrim page and did what the author described. Unpacked the bsa, ran sse nif optimizer on the nif files, then converted the animation files and repacked it all (except the bsl, which apparently you don't need) then dropped the zipped file into nmm and installed it manually. I did have iaft, but deactivated it within the game, saved, exited the game, uninstalled iaft, reloaded the save, saved again, exited, installed the freshly converted and zipped AFT, reloaded my game and save, hey presto, all is fine. I also loaded then saved the esp file in the creation kit, to update the file header id to 44
