Whats the best way to get them. Sometimes when i watch youtube videos i see people with like thousands of them and im really confused i have 9 at the moment i got them off a Centurion

Shop in Solitude sells arrows, check there often, as well as every blacksmith.

that defeats the purpose. may as well select and kill the target with console commands. If that seems extreme then just cheat and give yourself falmer arrows instead to make the search for ammo unchallenging but the utility of the ammo you have more up to your other methods of ingenuity..

Daedric Arrows can be found as loot around level 46. They can be crafted with the Daedric smithing perk.

You can sometimes get lucky when killing Centurions as they can have some higher level arrows as loot that are not yet available elsewhere.

Pickpocket someone who is training archery on a target, take their arrows, give them 1 daedric arrow, they'll shoot infinte arrows at the target and you pick them up. Though it takes time and honestly arrow quality really won't be making much difference for you so it might not be worth it.

If in need of Daedra Hearts, go see Enthir in the College of Winterhold. He's the Thieves Guild fence and always sells 2-3.

Get 1 Daedra arrow, go to Solitude, go to the top where they are firing arrows (2 Guys normally), Fast foward will about 6pm, wait till 7 or 8pm till they go to their quarters;so you don't miss them, save when they both go to sleep, pick pocket them both and put ONLY 1 of the arrow in each person (make sure its the same 1-2 people who actually fire the arrows, save, fast forward, watch them fire away and get a ♥♥♥♥ tone of them exact arrows all day, enjoy.

Ars Metallica mod lets you craft those. Also fletcher in Solitude sell them on occasion. Once I saw 1 daedric arrow in his shop, bought it and multiplied using this method:

How much is the difference in damage to enemy if I have a bow that does 100 damage, then shoot with steel arrow and daedric arrow? Significant or not?

Daedric arrows begin to spawn as loot, and appear in shops at later levels. However it is possible to get them before you reach that point if you have the dawnguard dlc (which, this is special edition, i assume you do). If you raise your smithing level and unlock the ability to smith daedric items, that will include the arrows as well thanks to dawnguard. If you don't have that DLC, there are some npcs that may be armed with daedric arrows, and their supply is infinite if you don't mind picking up the arrows you are attempting to dodge as well. Just let the npc continue to shoot at you, try your best to not actually be hit, and pick up the arrows until you feel you have enough (or you run out of patience and murder the npc). At later levels there are friendly npcs you may find practicing archery with daedric arrows as well (notably the companions and the thieves guild often switch to daedric arrows) and you can pull the arrows off the target every few shots for another source of infinite arrows with less hazard.
