Get the skill to level 100 and then make it legendary.

Go into the console and type
help <PerkName>

Any perks will be preceded by "PERK:". If the query is more than one page, navigate with the PageUp and PageDown buttons on your keyboard.

Then manualy add and remove perks using the following codes.

player.removeperk <PerkCode>

to remove a perk (you do not get a perk point) and then

player.addperk <PerkCode>

to add a new perk (do not cost a perk point)

Resetting a tree gives you all the perks you invested in that tree back. It costs 1 dragon soul per tree

So when I do this, for say, Clash of Champions, I get this -

KYWD: ORD_One_ClashOfChampions_Keyword (30003384)

I've tried using the 30003384 and it doesn't work. And nothing else in the "help" is giving me anything.
