Vampire Lord expanded perks mod flight

Apparently I can fly by having the Sanguine Wings perk but I can't seem to be able to, I checked the author's FAQ on his site, followed the instructions and nothing, does someone know how to make it work?

found this while searching for another vampire lord flying mod. i got all the perks in the mods perk tree yet i couldnt find out how to fly ;p. if you ever figured it out please let me know

i just looked back at the mod and it says that the new perk "Sanguine wings" has you take no fall damage in vampire lord form and you are muffled in human form, so apparently they changed it??
