Heimskr's house is destroyed. Thieves guild quest impossible?

Got a job from the thieves guild to steal something from a house that's destroyed and unaccessable.
The wiki fix doesn't work in S.E.
Any ideas ?

If it's a quest from Vex or Delvin then I would suggest returning to whomever gave you the quest and quitting the job. There are no negitive repercussions for that and you can just choose a new job.

Yeah, but not advisable, best option is to save just before you are given the job by Devlin or Vex, and reload if it's Heimskr's house, or in a city you have done a special job for. Of course if you haven't got that save, then that option doesn't exist.

Refusing to do the job prevents you from doing that type of job ever again, similar issues with console commands.

Guess i'll have to stick to pickpocketing and bedlam jobs
