Nexus mods (FREE)[www.nexusmods.com]
Frostfall[www.nexusmods.com]
Same author of CC survival mode, same mod - FREE.
I-need. Food water, sleep[www.nexusmods.com] - FREE.
Enjoy your forever free Survival mode, you really don't need to buy into that cash grab :)
In fact, if you like it, donate what YOU can afford to the authors there. The REAL modders.
You can choose to play the survival mode or not during your game save. Here, you can also use console commands freely. YOU are in control.
Yes, console commands still work fine.
I don't even kow why people care what others do in single playerr games.
Well said! Skyrim is a sandbox just like minecraft. You do what you want to do when you want to do it. It would be boring to do the same thing for thousands of hours. Time is money and when you have to work in the morning but have to make the decision between spending 2 hours traversing the freakin mountains or just TLC to where you need to go, i'll go with teleport. It's nice to feel the immersion but sometimes it doesn't fit with current goals in life.
like whats the point of specifically playing survival if you're going to do stuff that is non-survival
To play survival when you want to and to not play survival when you don't have much time for gaming? No quick travel for example is pretty crap. You can decide on your own to not quick travel which I do a lot but some days I just don't have time to enjoy the detours. All work and no play makes the dragonborn a dull boy.
Yea i dled the survival mode thinking I'd use it, but then the pop-up in game said it disables fast travel, and I decided nevrrmind lol. I don't have time working full time and taking care of my son to play like that. The challenges of water, sleep, and food sounded fun though.
Then get frostfall, basic needs and other survival mods free from the nexus. Disabling fast travel is optional. :)
