type setcellownership <cell Id>

click on bed type setownership

type help "drelas cottage" see if there's a key.

Player.additem <ID> and amount 1 or 2 if you want to give lydia one so she can eat your food somewhere else.

click on the front door click setownership

type lock 1000 so no one will do what you just did in reverse.

Now have fun sleeping in that push-hes bed, and owning his house.

Guards would arrest you for trepassing, property goes either to Drelas's heir, or the Jarl, you should not be there (legally)

The same force that makes me not want to go for the vampire perks achievement... Sucking the life force out of entire towns to grind for the perks doesn't seem easy or morally enjoyable in the least. Of course my other half can do it with no remorse.

If you want to be a vampire the only real way is to use Better Vampires and Sacrosanct mods with the compatibility patch for using both. Otherwise it sucks.
