Looking for a cloak

Is there a comprehensive list for all of the Cloak of Skyrim mod's cloak locations? I already found a list of locations for the unique cloaks, but actually I'm looking for a faction cloak. Usually you can find faction cloaks in the Jarl's house or the barracks. However I have looked and looked and can't find the Winterhold linen cloak. I already found the cape and the hide cloak in the jarl's house, but the linen isn't to be found there, and Winterhold has no barracks. Anyone know if there even is a Winterhold linen cloak lying around?

There's tons of mods with cloaks in them, unfortanetley in the 7ish years skyrim has been out. People have failed to make any decent coat or full cloak mods, that go over your armor.

I actually came on today to ask if anyone knew of any decent coat or full cloak mods.

I am already using cloaks of skyrim, what I'm looking for is the specific Cloak: Winterhold Linen which doesn't seem to be lying around anywhere in the jarl's house, and as I said there's no barracks in Winterhold. I wonder if it could be at the Chill, which serves as Winterhold's jail, but my level 2 character can't go there yet.
