You don't need to type the 0's as they are just place holders.

console commands are not case sensitive, you just have to enter them exactly the way they are meant to be used

It depends on what house you are trying to buy. Hearthfire plats are 5000 each. Breezehome is 5000. Honeyside is 8000 as is Vindrael Hall. Proudspire Manor is 25000.

I talked to Jarls assistant tell hiom i want to buy a house he says one is available
but the purchase never happens i have 6K gold and the house near the main gate is what i want.
EXACTLY how do i own it and receive the keys

it's been a while since i bought a house, but i think you have to do enough quests in a city for the jarl to name you his thane, then you have the status to own a home
