Pc Version better than Console?
Pretty much as the title states, I own the original version for console and I played the ♥♥♥♥ out of it to the point I got bored. I know you can mod the hell out of the pc version, but is there anything new/featured on the pc version that wasn't on the console that was worth it?

Also, like I said, I played the original as well, not the special edition and from what it seems like, they only updated the graphics. Is there anything new here included too? (DLC and all that included, I had all of those for the console version too.)

I played Console and Pc and I like PC far better. SE version is now running on 64-bit and is a lot more stable than the original. TBH I am finding modding easier with SE than Oldrim. I'm having less issues with mods and everything is super smooth.
Mod's aside I like the PC game play style a lot more than the console version.

Something fun to do in SE is spawn a bunch of different NPCs and watch them battle. You could do it in Oldrim, but the frame rate would tank

Seeing as you can do everything you could do on console on PC and more (including using a microwave as a controller) then it is pretty easy to say that PC is better.

Special Edition is on console too, you know. Whether its original Skyrim PC, original Skyrim console, Special Edition PC or Special Edition console... there is no new content. Special Edition is a technical upgrade. It's a good thing, even if their main purpose for doing it was clearly to incorporate microtransactions.

I don't think that is fair to say. First off everything runs on 64-bit now and upgraded graphics and what-have-you. Second a very large amount of people still played skyrim. I think they had the player base in mind AS well as money. SE does run smoother and what not making it nicer to play. Keep in mind that Bethesda is still a business and money is gonna be there.
Though think about it in a different perspective. None of the CC does anything to alter the gameplay drasticly. Everything in CC you can find some where in nexus. All the Paid CC is are CC with Bethsda label on it. When you give a game money it's showing support and love for the game. I know it's hard to look at it that way because obviously the company wants your money.
I can garentee you that Bethesda is fully aware of Nexus and knows people can get their mods for free.

A wise guy once told me.

A console will never be as powerful as a PC. Becouse otherwise they can't call it a console.

Im looking to buy a predator PC and have pretty much made up my mind on the predator desktop g3. Here are the specs: Intel core i5 7400 processor quad core 3GHZ, Nvidia gefore gtx 1060 with 3 GB dedicated memory, 16 GB ddr4 ram,and 1 Tb storage. I don't want to spend tons of money on a computer but i don't want a not so powerful one, so in the middle would be good. just wondering if this pc is powerfull enough to handle things like Skyrim, bo3 [though i know its supposebly not optimised well for PC. opinions would be great thx.

PC you can use console to correct bugs and if you use nexus (just google it) you will have your mind blown as to the ways you can change and expand this game
I have had all consoles and honestly I now only game on PC as it is a far better experience on a platform which has hundreds of other uses and is upgradable

They earn more, much more, from sales on all platforms, than from CC, which is for the PS4 market.

So, what isn't fair to say? They aren't doing anything for anything other than money, no company does. They didn't re-release Skyrim for the community at all. They re-released it to sell it again on newer consoles and to incorporate the microtransactions. Its literally as simple as that. Of course that comes with the 64-bit engine and post-processing upgrade because that is what the updated engine is from Fallout 4 that they moved it to, which was also required for the Creation Club implementation. Hiding the original Skyrim from the Steam store is shady as well. They want everyone on Special Edition only... and its not for "the community". Don't get me wrong, I don't hate on the Special Edition like these other idiots. I prefer it over the original 32-bit crashfest... but that isn't why they did it. You have to remember, there is Bethesda the developers, Bethesda the publisher, and their corporate overlords ZeniMax Media.

I know it's for the money but it's also for the community becasue without the community there'd be no Skyrim SE. People tend to pass judgment on games before they come out based on what the company says about it and believe it or not if that fails the game will crash and burn. I've seen it to several games as of recently that were suppose to come out but people gave it so much hate before it could be released that the game flopped and was never released.
Anywho that's not the point. Believe what you want but they are doing this for the community which happens to bring in the cash. They go hand in hand.

That is naive to think. The people at Bethesda that do care about the community are not the ones in charge giving the orders.
