Alternate Start - Start Another Life mod
So I don't know if anyone here knows about Alternate Start - Start Another Life mod[www.nexusmods.com], but if you do I have a question.

Is there a link to all the 3 different abilites each races gains?

Alternative Start does not make any changes to races.

You're thinking of Imperious - Races of Skyrim (which I recommend)... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1315/?

EDIT: Actually recommend all of EnaiSiaion's mods, except Smiloden because use Wildcat instead.
