Not too hard, just gotta match up what it installed. Follow these steps if you're having trouble.

1) Download it again
2) Extract it into a folder on your Desktop.
3) Go to your Skyrim folder and delete everything that matches what you extracted into the new folder.

That's fine. If you have nothing in the scripts folder then your job is easier.

You really should start using NMM to extract the data content for you, treat the script folder as a mod since it's going to be inside the data folder. You just need to make a zip file with the scripts inside and import it inside NMM and then install it.

If you do it this way, you don't even have to delete anything manually if you don't want that certain mod/content. You just disable it inside NMM and it will delete the files... Seriously it's going to be impossible to manage the files manually if you install a lot of mods.

After downloading SKSE64, extract it and them compress the data folder and import the file you compressed in NMM.
