Disease won't cure!!! (Sanguinare Vampiris) -Solved-
My (unmoded) character contracted Sanguinare Vampiris that I didn't know about until it said "you feel weaker as the sun rises" It is not vampirism yet but when I drink a cure potion or use a shrine nothing happens. My eyes also don't glow so I am definetly not a vampire. Is there a reason for this or Is there a console command to fix it?

Yes there is a console command. See UESP page under Vampirism

The is a man in markharth who can cure you ,but its a quest. you need to speak to an in keeper about rumours and they will tell you.

You can only cure it by using shrines and potions during the first 24 hours, but once you are beyond that, you need to do a quest if you want to cure yourself. Talk to Falion -- he can be found in Morthal -- to activate the quest.

Notes:
You can do the quest anytime you want, countless times. So you can become a vampire more than once.

These other people commenting are utterly clueless..

Sanguinare Vampiris will transform you into a vampire after 72 ingame hours, during this 72 hour timeframe you will beable to cure yourself via a cure disease potion or via the blessing from a shrine, you say this isnt working so perhaps you should try it again, anyway when you become a vampire you will beable to cure yourself by asking Innkeepers for "rumors" and they will tell you about Falion in Morthol which will start a quest called "Rising at Dawn", for this you will need a filled black soul gem.

Also I dont see the problem with being a vampire, go and download a vampirism overhaul and be one however the vanilla vampirism system is inconsitent, lacking in features and poorly made, I could do a better job then Bethesda at making a vampire system infact I already did in one of my vampire mods, it is called "Curse of the Vampire SSE" and you can find it on the Skyrim Nexus and it's pretty big, it overhauls everything by mixing in classical folklore and is highly customizable, it even has NPC support.

I know how to cure vampirism, and I know that cure potions and shrines should cure it before I am actually a vampire. The quest can't trigger because I am not a vampire. I have drank 3 cure potions and used 2 different shrines.

I have cured it by just waiting until it progressed to vampirism. then I cured the vampirism the normal way

Well I am glad to see it is solved. You can actually become immune to it by completing the Companions quests in Whiterun.
