I'd have to suggest that it is probably best to just wait till SKSE64 is out of alpha (which of course means not using SkyUI - unless you use version 2.2). Unless, of course, someone can come up with another solution - but from what you say of what is being reported on Nexus, it seems like those two are the problem).
