How can i upgrade Miraak's armor?
Is it even possible, because it not showing up in the workbench

yes need things like ebone inget or leather and strips go to a work bench and for the weapons go to a grinding stone to see what you need and also smithing lvl 100

Yeah, pretty sure you need dragon smithing (100) but it doesn't allways let you temper the armor.

Yes I have smithing 100 but it dont let me upgrade the armor

The armor cannot be tempered. The only item of Miraak's that can be tempered is the sword, which requires an ebony ingot, a deadra heart and the Dwarven Smithing perk.

yeah a lot of leveled gear like this cant be upgraded normally, there are free mods though that allow you to do this, even some that keep gear like that on par with your level. so if you got a deadric artifact weapon at level 10, its damage will fit your level, then normally when you get to say lvl 40 it'll be unchanged. but with mods it'll autoscale such items with your level.
