Undeath Ritual

Hi i need some help for the Ritual to be a Lich i have Undeath Remastered, Undeath Immersive Lichdom and Undeath Classical Lichdom. I do the ritual with the phylactery, i unbind my soul and drink the elixir and i die all the time. I have 400 health so that not the problem i think and i have the Shroud of Vyngald.
If anyone would help me.
