Nice dungeons to clear out
I just want to find some places that go really deep underground and clear them out. Any suggestions? I’ve cleared a few out already.

Go word collecting for your shouts. You will clear a lot of them for those. There are a couple radient quests that will even give you map markers to new ones (some are not in dungeons but most are)

Find Blackreach, the journey there will give you alot to run through, not to mention everything in Blackreach itself.
There are a few different entry/exit points for Blackreach. When you go there look for elevator locations in Blackreach itself; they will allow you to exit at some nice spots on the map even some near other good places to explore.

Make your way through the Vampire quests. Then tend to give good pay-out in terms of loot.

One deep place to try to reach is the Soul Cairn. Just the entrance to that place is really far and deep in the game, and once there it's a very depressing place where I spent 2 full days to clear completly and I don't want to go back there ever again!

Another far place to reach is the Forgotten Vale, which is reached by venturing into one of the darkest and longest cave systems in Skyrim. Both these places are added by the Dawnguard DLC, and although Soul Cairn and Forgotten Vale are not dungeons themselves, they have their own feel and vibe, worth visiting if you have never been there yet. Just be careful with the Soul Cairn, it's so depressing you could lose yourself there!!

Theres a Dwemer ruin in Solstheim, don't recall the name, that has you quite literally skipping your way down a extremly deep hole. That first part of it is certainly different compared to most other ruins.

Folgunthur is one of the biggest nordic ruins. It can be quite difficult at medium levels. It has a Dragon Priest and a Word Wall. You can also get 12 sets of Ancient Nord Armor here. (The kind Aela wears.)

It can be found on top of the mountain Southeast of Riften.

Is that the one that is kind of hidden away in the north and you have to jump into a hole with no way out except by clearing the dungeon? Because I'd recommend that dungeon, it's really enjoyable. But you need to go there at a fairly high level with good gear and items and plenty of food / water if you're using survival mods.
try some of the Barrows.
there classic dungon-y.
lots of monsters (mostly undead) some deadly traps
and of course the LOOT.

I’m currently looking for the elder scroll in some dwarven underground place. I’m lost and keep going in circles, so I started using the Clairvoyance spell to tell me where to go. 😂😂

I just looked it up, you can go on youtube and search for dungeons without markers. There are many of them :D

The entrance to Soul Cairn is not within a dungeon, but within Castle Volkihar on a remote island to the very north west of Skyrim. You enter the castle from a back door during the Dawnguard quest and venture deep into more inner locations before reaching the entrance, and yes you jump down into a portal to enter the Soul Cairn. The whole atmosphere there is unlike anything you have seen in all of Skyrim.
