(Windstad Mine)Need help with Skyrim mod please
Hi,

I cannot get a building permit from Tovis Horansen concerning the mod of Windstad Mine. I killed all the 5 bandits and tried to activate the mine. Then, when I tried to talk to Tovis at Morthal, nothing happened. There's just a dialogue to buy something, but it doesn't get activated.

Can anyone help me please?
I already tried to get the permit with the command console /help allow but nothing about this mod so I don't know...
