How do you start Shavee's quest?
Im an Argonian and i want to marry Shahvee but when i talk to her i only get 1 dialoge option. I know there is suppose to be 2 but every time i talk to her it only shows the one. Is there something i need todo first before i can talk to her?

Actually i had the same problem, i cant really tell you what to do, try helping out all the other argonians, the quest pops out randomly for some reason. I also had the problem with the dark elf steward guy in winterhold where i had to steal a staff.

I found out what u have todo. You have to start the dragonborn questline (Main quest). You got to talk to the greybeards then after that her quest and many more open up
