I searched for a solution, but the results showed replies from other people who didn't really seem to know why the black screen happens either. At least I'm not the only one experiencing it, not that it helps at all.
Yes I have the version where they teleport next to me on weapon draw. I just checked to make sure. It does work sometimes just not always, but it's frequent enough to notice.
The problem is that the further in to the game I get the more unstable it becomes. Annoying as it's very difficult / impossible when trying to work out which mod is causing it (if at all) & yet another wasted PT just to end up with another problem. I'm sure you can understand how frustrating this can become.
I mean there's no way I'm gonna install one mod, play through the entire game just to cross that one mod off the list then try another & repeat until I find a problem. Not only that, but how would I know in which order to even begin to pick which mod is tested 1st then 2nd, etc.
It's become more of a hassle than an enjoyment. At this point for me I think it's either a choice between playing vanilla only Skyrim & never touch any mods or just don't play ha.
Yes to both.
