Enthir isn't opening up his shop.

I did Onmund's Request, specifically because I'm trying to get enthir to change his dialogue options. Enthir is the only consistent and replenishable source of black soul gems that I can think of.

one of my characters in that saved game Belethor don't open his shop too i think he is dead

Enthir's very much alive, but the only dialogue option I get is to ask what is or isn't allowed at the college. :/

Gut instinct says he got stuck somewhere. Leave the area for a solid ten game days and then fast travel back, and go speak with him again.

If you're like me and you did the whole Arch Mage quest-line before talking to Enthir, he will never open his shop. This softlock happens if you never did the Init dialogue with him and this dialogue disappears once you are the Arch Mage. The ability to trade with him comes from a perk as well, so forcing both of these will ''unlock'' him as a merchant. The only way for fix this is by command-line (found this solution by trial and error because I found nothing online):

1- Go to him in the hall of attainment
2- Make sure he's sitting in his room
3- Open the command terminal (with the ` character)
4- Click on Enthir to set him as the next command's target (0001c1aa)
5- Enter the command: say DialogueWinterholdCollegeEnthirInitBranchTopic
6- Click on yourself to be the next command's target (00000014)
7- Enter the command: addperk 0006BC37
8- When exiting the command line, he should talk to you about the stuff he sells. Wait an hour and you should be able to buy stuff from him.
