You might be struggling just finding the right menu to click on, I know I struggle to get my head round the internet, on a daily basis, so I know how you must feel!
This is the page which you want:
http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim)/Enchantments
When you get somewhere from inputing a command into the console and a list of gobble-de-♥♥♥♥ appears, then you have done it right!
You'll see that the codes all come with a prefixed keyword or object keyword, stuff like that anyway. For Enchantments, Bethesda have prefixed those with: 'ENCH'. I suspect this is what you're looking for.
You can also spawn ready enchanted weapons that are kind of special weapons that you can find in your exploration. Well you can spawn those, but you should be VERY careful NOT to spawn a quest-related item that you should not yet be in possesion of. This can cause the game to have a brain fart and crash when you get within a few yards of the cell loading threshold - this is when your computer will notice that there are TWO of that unique item and because it requires you to do something first before it can go into your inventory, it might try to catch up to you, thinking you've done the quest!!! Then CTD.
This doesn't happen with much of the stuff but it can do if you use the console with certain special quest-related items, or even quest-related actions can also be affected in this way, so you really need to make sure you know what the item is before you spawn it.
Back to your query; There are commands for actually adding enchantments to items. You first need to get the item's ID. You can do this by dropping the item in front of you and then hitting console (tilde) then while console is up, click on the item in the screen and it's ID will appear on screen.
You now have the ID for that item and can then look for the ENCH, or enchantment which you wish to put on. Note, that you have to have a perk unlocked in order to put 2 enchantments on the same item, however, you might be able to bypass that by using the console. I mentioned this because I want you to know just how complex the game is and how console commands can affect positively and negatively other aspects of the game that you wouldn't normally think about.
I'd love to know more about the Dragon who taught the man how to put two enchantments on, maybe the Dragon was chuckling about knowing about console Commands haha!
like sneaky items then disenchant em
Anyway, glad you got the info u needed. Have fun!
