Blood on the Ice quest bug? (SOLVED)
I finished the Blood on the Ice quest bug, but not the part where the mage ended up in prison, no. I finished the entire quest where i find the real murderer. And the quest is finished and i reported back to Jorleif and it ended. But now when i try buying the Windhelm house (Hjerim) He says there is some trouble and he can't do it right now, pointing to the murders and the investigation site insite the house...but i should eb able to buy it cause the house is finished...but okay there is the setstage code that lets me but the house and it removes my gold whicxh it shoud. but then i cant buy the decoration for the house, i select a furnishing option and he says that it should be there nerxt tiem i got there, but it doesn't remove any money from me and the option for that decoration isin't gone in his dialog, it only greys out, so now i can't even decorate my house, any way i can fix this, maybe some other codes?

Wait a few days(in game days), and go during store hours (8am to 5pm).

Have you met this requirement?

"Hjerim can be purchased having sided with either the Empire or Stormcloaks. Once allied with the Stormcloaks, the 'Battle For Fort Sungard' quest must be completed before Jorleif will make the house available for sale. However, if Falkreath Hold has been given to the Stormcloaks as part of Season Unending, it may be necessary to liberate Hjaalmarch before Jorleif will make this house available. If the Imperial Legion is chosen as an ally, then the defeat of the Stormcloaks is required before it is available to buy."

I did the entire stormcloack campaign, and took skyrim. And it still doesn't work.
