Help with picking items up bug

I'm using an xbox one controller and am having a problem with picking things up. When I try to interact with items (pushing A button), it sometimes doesn't work, and so I have to press it multiple times to pick up. This does not however aply to interaction with NPCs and other things.

Would really appreciate some help ;)

No, it's not when you access an inventory, it's just when you pick up gold or something lying around

You didn't mean the inventory scren that pops up when you loot a corpse?
Cus I don't know what else you mean with take all.
