Is it worth me playing SSE, without SKSE64 (script extender 64)?

ive heard perfomance is so much better on SSE, more optimized and able to handle more mods. Ive never completed Skyrim yet (never gone past the Greybeard missions).

Shall I mod the old Skyrim (that has SKSE), or shall i go to this new game SSE?

Will I still be able to enjoy SSE without SKSE64, or do the best mods only come with SKSE64.

look at the SE mods available and decide. Most of the mods i wanted were available for SE: Open City, Hyperthermia, and a few other big mods (including CBBE). I had boob physics in my oldrim and it is a great mod. So i can understand your reluctance. As for performance, all the threads i have seen on SE mention the much more stable and superior performance. Skyui, a mod that i absolutely loved, was not available for Se last time i checked.

OP: You don't need SKSE64 to enjoy modding, but if you want the "adult" mods from LE then you may be SOL and should stick to that.

My SSE Build is pretty much the same as my LE Build, with 121 Mods.

If you read the OP of the thread that started everything, instead of following what other trolls noted, I told you I was trying bc I figured something would improve, I told you in another thread OP, that I admitted I was wrong, which is rare for me I will admit (being wrong that is), I stopped doing that little complaining here and there in that one thread after my SKSE64 is needed still thread was released..
