Some enemies are too strong
Adept difficulty. Lv25. doing a companion quest in Dustman's cairn.A silver hand used a greatsword to 1 shot me....i was nearly at full health before hit .And i built my character a shield warrior.
What's this all about?
Officially designed to ruin player's game experience???
Enemies are tough sometimes, but i never retreat even once all those battles i encountered before. In Dustman's cairn i met an archer who can use two shots to kill me but i managed to defeat him eventually with potions and healing magic, but soon i met this one with a greatsword and this poorly designed crap enemy suddenly ruined everything with just one swing of his weapon, that makes me want to delete the game.A dragonborn who has slained a dragon head on(never used a single potion before) cant even beat a lowlife bandit.if there isnt any reasonable explain to this,i think that'll be the time to delete the game. Crap-like game experience

You got to a level where the enemies scaled to the next value, but you yourself didn't improve combat skills to the point of beating them. Try changing your strategy or leaving to level up a bit and fight them another day.

85 block,35 one-handed,35 heavy armor and some healing magic thats all i have.if the enemies are leveled to this scale how could i level myself by combat?die again and again?i have 300 hp and all armored up.if this cant handle bandits,i donno what quest i can take.

35 one handed and heavy armor? While having 85 block? Yeah that's pretty low combat skills for level 25. 35 is pretty low and 85 is really high; you should probably not mindlessly grind mudcrabs for Block (and Resto) skill since that levels you up without giving you any extra damage or non-Blocking mitigation.

Time to pay for skill training and start smacking around non-dungeon enemies like animals and open bandit camps.

just use console commands to buff yourself up or lower the difficulty its not hard.

yes,i did grind some enemies for block earlier but they provide a fair fight(even if i do not block their damage is OK but not OP),how the hell did these silver hand bandits in Dustman's cairn become so powerful that some of them can 1 shot me?(strange, not all of them are strong like this, but a few)
that NPC who followed me into this place can only take 3 hits from an OP archer's little iron dagger and he's down

i heard that the ADEPT diffficulty is the so-called NORMAL difficulty.and it is a system default setting,i dont feel any 'normal ' when i got 1 shot by a common named silver hand(well, i admit that before this quest i feel pretty normal)

All the difficulty settings do is modify how much damage you take and how much damage you deal. Adept is normal damage scaling, but you might want to try lowering it. Skyrim's damage calculation can be unfair at times.

Difficulty
Player Damage Dealt
Player Damage Taken
Novice
x2
x0.5
Apprentice
x1.5
x0.75
Adept
x1
x1
Expert
x0.75
1.5
Master
x0.5
x2
Legendary
x0.25
x3

I'd recommend one of two things:

  1. Turn the difficulty down. You're taking too much damage and not dealing enough. Like Oblivion, you can accidentally get to a point where enemies are too strong.
  2. Get a follower. They're great at both soaking and dealing damage. You'll be deprived of a little experience but your survivability and damage dealing will go way up.

Yes Adept is normal difficulty where you get the true PLAYER:AI damage rate(1:1 scale).

Dungeon you mentioned has many enemies named simply Silver hand, but they are actually bandit with its tier(you know, outlaw, thug, etc) and some of them are very high lv than your
average MOB table, for example, if your LV is 10, it should be 'thug' tier at best but in this
case you will encounter actually one grade higher than thug, like highway man tiered silver hand.

I assume this is due to companion you have at that dungeon, but still it can be very frustrate
especially if that 'high tiered' silverhand is dreadful 'two handed' weapon figther since it will very
easily out-damage your durability threshold(HP*AR) and instant kill you without chance.

Just use the combat assets that game is offering. Like summoning scroll and followers.
For example, if your lv is 25, you can get dremora staff artifact and that alone make whole
game a joke, even at the legendary difficulty.

i belive you kinda went wrong by going Block first...

right now i play on Master with Two Handed and Heavy Armor build

its solid and fine...

Things that i can suggest :

-Get a follower they are good at Tanking stuff

-Use StoneFlesh or OakArmor Magic Spell to buff up your armor before fight

-There is also a mission where 1 dude will give you Sanguine Rose which is pretty OP at the first levels DMG is really nice.

1 Follower + Sanguine Rose + You. at least you are going 3vs? you know you will have a lot of time to deal dmg...

If you are kind of dude who doesnt like followers and ♥♥♥♥ i can also suggest this:

Do the Ebony Blade Mission and kill 10 followers with it to max its power (since u dont like followers its not gonna be a issue) Doing this will make that blade to absorb 30 points of health each hit that is HUGE and should make you enter into GODMODE

Some of those Silver Hands in Dustman's Cairn are more than just lowlife bandits, that can be a tough area to get through. And if you're getting frustrated just because the game finally gave you a bit of a challenge to overcome, than you may as well go ahead and delete it because it's likely that you're going to get frustrated again and again as you keep playing along.

That's the problem though. You overleveled on Block and your HA and 1h are too low. You're taking more damage per hit and dealing less per hit than you should be at that level. It's a problem if you over level non-combat skills too, like cranking out Smithing or Alchemy early on.

Anyways, at about level 24 is when you're hitting the next bracket of enemies. These higher leveled enemies sprinkled in combined with your lower combat skills (sans Block, obviously) are causing you problems. This is why you don't grind out certain skills to the exclusion of others, at least not without knowing how to work around your character's short comings. You need to go level up your weapon and armor skills some more, and probably just update your gear too.

Did the same quest tonight and ran through the dungeon 1 shotting everything... The enemies aren't the problem.

Use your shield effectively and you will tank even the Hardest. Im playing with a level 29 character in legendary.

Why so weak? No wonder why.
