Completing a Quest for the mod "Convenient Horses"--Need to Know How to Speak to Someone Whilst on Horseback
Dear All:

This is Indy. Greetings from Canada and, to all my fellow Canadians, Happy 150th!

As per the subject line, the way I'm trying to finish the quest that goes with this mod is that I'm supposed to talk to a stableman (hostler) whilst on horseback.

Question: How do I do this?

Everytime I get off Freya's (my mare) back, she takes off, and I have to whistle her back.

Sincerely yours always,

Indy.

Try to get the horse as close as possible to the hostler. Maybe try pressing the space bar too to get your horse to rear up. Dunno, just suggestions really. I completed that quest too and most of it was hit and miss to be honest. The only straightforward bit was the harvesting of materials on horseback. My "charging attack on an enemy" on the horse was pathetic. :)

May i ask how you completed the "charging attack on an enemy"?
because i'm stuck there... no matter what i try it doesn't seem to work. Do you just have to sprint (on your horse) and ride into an enemy or do you have to trigger it by pressing a button?

I'd also like to know how to do the sprinting charge attack while on a horse.. Thanks.

Pull your weapon out, then charge on the horse.

The horse will run away from the Hostler a couple of times but all you have to do is just get on the horse and press space when near the hostler to get the traveling equipment

Given this thread is approaching 5 years, I'd dare guess the OP has figured it out.
