Fortify One-handed affect daggers.
I have heard that the fortify one-handed does not affect daggers in vanilla. Is there a mod somewhere to change that?

The Fortify One-Handed buff does not affect daggers. One-handed perks do work with daggers. It is best to temper the dagger and (if applicable) enchant it. A dagger tempered to Legendary and enchanted is a devastating weapon. You can also easily get an overpowered dagger with the crafting loop, if you wish.

I know about the crafting loop. But I want to go beyond. Which is why I want to get the one-handed enchantment to work on my daggers. I was able to get a mod that allows me to get the enchantmant that does twice damage with one-handed weapons on sneak attacks. I want to see just how much I can do given the right conditions.

P.S. - Read the "Bugs section".

Yep just install the unofficial skyrim patch to get that "bug" fixed.

Well it's definitely a bug, no quotes needed. Daggers are a one handed weapon that weren't buffed by fortify one handed effects.

It's true! My sex life has improved tremendously since I "came out" about hating Bethesda. The girls just can't keep their hands off me.

It is true that the unnoficial patch changes it, but it also changes things which I do not want being changed. Like the fact that my enchantments end up weaker due to some cap to enchantment percentages.
PS: Not the resto loop, it could go up to 49% fortify enchantment potions, unnoficial patch goes only up to 34%.
