Nexus, bethesda mod hosting is terrible... Right now SKSE-64bit is still in works so will take some time for those mods to be ported over, but right now good amount of the mods have moved over.

I actually use Bethnet for 2 mods, but it still sucks. Use Nexus unless the mod you want is specifcally not on the Nexus. Even then you should probably do some research about A: alternatives that are on the Nexus, and B: why said mod isn't on the Nexus. If everything looks kosher, then feel free to grab it.

The only other reason to use Bethnet is if you're literally just grabbing the Unofficial Patch and you'll never use anything else. Then it's also ok, but you should still probably get it, and NMM, from the Nexus so that you are more comfortable with it for the future if/when you decide to further mod.

It's somewhat ~okayish for games like Cities Skylines or Planet Coaster. But that game? Nah ...

Nexus.

I can only second the common opinion here: Use the Nexus Mod Manager, download directly from Nexus using the NMM, read the mods' descriptions carefully (for load order recommendations etc.). It's the best way to go, the in-game feature doesn't offer as many possibilities and many (good and/or important) mods are not featured there.
