I'm tired of this

There are mods that can tweak various things, including turning off the kill cams, also console commands, although I would avoid the console commands myself (getting in there, before anyone recommends it).

Sorry I can't name them, but should mention it in the write ups.

Here you go

https://mods.bethesda.net/#en/workshop/skyrim/mod-detail/2970815

Either dowload it from there and if your profile is linked linked to your steam it will automatically go to your mods list, then activate it from in game. Or search VioLens in the mod search in game.

You can crank up the Killmoves or disable them all together via a book you will have in your inventory. I had them maxed then turned it down when I was getting killed during the animations. I do love how i can tell it to do all the killmoves regardless of weapon used. That was fun. You can even disable the slow motion if thats the issue you are having.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue : i'd like to disable the kill cams. Is it possible to do so without installing a mod ? Mods disable the achievements and I'd prefer to still get them.

Just get the achievement enabler mod too.

Easy! Get "Violens - A killmove mod SE" and disable them (ingame settings menu):

I don't know why people like kill cams, they're annoying. Maybe because they're activated too often. The pain while watching some pointless moves in slow motion is real.

Killcams have ruined many a perched snipe from above. I get killcams on stupid easy kills, but never get one on the "hail mary" arrow between two distant Vigilants fighting the Vampire where the arrow ends up going through its ears or right between the eyes. You know, the ones you really want to see a killcam on because they're impossible/epic luck shots.

Is there a mod where you can selectively activate killcams on a per-shot basis? Like applying Poison to a weapon? It'd ask "Are you sure you want to apply a Killcam to your next attack with this weapon?" and I'd be like "Yeah, I might get lucky."
