NPC's Overhaul

I am looking for what everyone uses to overhaul the look of NPC's in their games, I have tried most of the Overhauls (Total Character Makeover, Diversity, WICO, QD Character...) but I find for the most part they overhaul just the main characters and other NPC's just look bland, are there any overhauls or tricks that anyone can reconmend to overhaul the unnamed NPC's...

Also I would also love to know what Skins are being used for your characters, I am currently using Tempered Skins (both Male & Female) and while they are good I am not entirely satisfied.

You're wrong.
All you wrote (these mods) are doing exactly that, overhaul to ALL NPCs.

- UNP Female Body Renewal
- ECE head mesh from Enhanced Character Edit
- Mature Skin Texture and Body
- Consistent Old People
- Beards
- Seductive Lips HD SE
- Superb Serana Special Edition (SPECIAL stand-alone mod, especially for Serana)

Thanks, the problem was a mod which adds NPC's which the Overhauls don't seam to effect (strange, but as its only a small amount of NPC's I can live with it if needs be)

Not sure if you are aware, but the Author of Diversity is saying you don't really need Total Character Makeover if running Diversity.

You do need it, if you're using COMBOS-mods like me.

All the above mods giving you PIECES from that and the other and COMBINING THEM, you making the best result.
