If not a mod then in CK data click skyrim+ hair mod (if used), again let CK load up, click actors and do the same procedure as above, exit and save.
E.g. if Aela was normal and became black after installing some mod - she will revert back to normal after getting rid of that mod. If she had black face the first time you've met her - it's almost certain that her base ID got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and your only option is to either go to an earlier save or ♥♥♥♥♥♥ her in character creator64 with all mods loaded.
CK64 is from Bethseda (beth.net) and is the main modding tool used for the game and it is free.
(Creation kit 64). There is the orginal version for skyrim (32bit) as well that can be downloaded through steam tools.
YOU DON'T HAVE to delete any mod, you need to CORRECT your order loading list.
That's your problem, mate. Write us, which mods you're using, to help you out.
I know you're joking but for me this glitch is game ruining
