I should've mentioned that I replayed the questline three times, all different and new characters for each, using the DB start through Alternate Start, and all three of them failed. I made two new characters that did not go with the DB start, and started Innocence Lost at Level 30. Both failed as well. What I'm yet to try is go with the vanilla start through Alternate Start.
Do you think I should temporarily disable these mods while I'm doing the questline? As of yet, I've only tried disabling Realistic Conversations and it still failed lol.
moving the dark brotherhood for good guys to the bottom of the loadorder and typing
setstage db11 05
in the console commands.

I've tried everything to fix it, such a bizarre fix but thank god, was just about to quit w skyrim. Thanks man!
